We are our own hardest client.

These are ours: designed, built, shipped and operated in-house. Ephemeral audio pipelines, on-device vision, payment flows, on-chain mints — the same craft we bring to client work, learned where the consequences were our own.

Four stages, each with a deliverable you can inspect. Every stage is a real exit point — you are never locked into the next one.

A short, paid discovery. We map the problem, the constraints and the riskiest assumption, then write down what success looks like in numbers.

The riskiest slice gets built first — a real, running artifact you can hold, not a slide deck. If it fails, it fails in week two, cheaply.
